ROLL CAGE T45 TIG, FIA approved

Successfuly passing HORIBA-MIRA testing on 18/05/2017.

FIA and MSA approved certification.

The cage is similar in appearance to the RACERB000, the cage is built in the same JIG and with same diameter tubes and wall thicknesses.

This new T45 cage also has a new strengthening bar to brace the front load impact area. Plus there are larger mounting plates to anchor the cage to the chassis giving additonal stiffness and rigidity.

The other change to the original FIA cage (which is still certified RACERB000) is a front horizontal bar that braces the two ‘front vertical’ tubes, stiffening the side impact protection and also providing a steering rack support to give a solid and rigid steering feel.

NB This cage can only be sold in one complete kit in order to carry its FIA /MSA certification. We will not issue a certifcate for a part cage. It is advisable to run the cage complete in your car as to do otherwise will weaken and compromise the safety.
